On Matthews and his helmet removal.

I think its only a penalty when you take it off to celebrate. But he shoulda been penalized in the Vikings game when he took it off, purposely, during a play. It seemed like it was routinely getting disjointed during the game for him and the chin-strap would ride up into his eyes. But he shouldn’t be allowed to just chuck it off during live action. I think that should trigger a flag, IMO.

I thought it became a penalty because scuffles used to occur all the time. They figured having them keep their helmets on would discourage fighting. I see more and more players taking them off these days.

Yea its only a penalty if you celebrate or if you do what that Bill did and throw it in anger lol. I dont see the problem tho a lot of players do it just might do it a lot more because he needs a hair cut lol

Maybe we should think about moving Brick to Clay's side

Just for this game obviously. Clay’s way too quick for Woody. I’m really worried about that matchup.

Can’t reall do that though. They can and will move Matthews around. I think we’ll be running it a ton to wear both him and the d-line down. And since they seem unable to generate a rush with anybody else, we can just use LD to chip and release on him.
