Hey everyone. Something that always intrigued me about the NFL is how the players train and condition themselves. I myself have been a fitness enthusiast for quite some time now, and I would love to obtain a legit NFL weight lifting routine (preferably one used by a Jets player). I know that squats, cleans, deadlifts, and bench presses are the main staple lifts they use, but in what sequence? For how long? For how often? How is it balanced with endurance training (NFL players train sprints predominately, not long distance running)? If anyone has a routine or knows where I can obtain one please let me know.
