FOX has the doubleheader this week. CBS will show each region one game.

Cowboys at Vikings late on FOX
The Jets will also be seen in the Albany, Binghamton, Elmira, Schenectady, Philadelphia, Albuquerque, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction (CO), Denver, Salt Lake City, Cheyenne, Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Florence (SD), Reliance (SD), Billings, Butte, Bozeman, Glendive (MT), Great Falls (MT), Helena, Kalispell (MT) Missoula, Idaho Falls, Lewiston (ID), Twin Falls (ID), Boise, Spokane, Seattle, Yakima (WA), Pasko (WA), Portland (OR), Eugene, Bend (OR), Koos Bay (OR), Medford (OR), Roseburg (OR), Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit, Saginaw, New Orleans and Baton Rogue markets.
The entire nation will see Colts at Redskins tonight on NBC and Titans at Jaguars tomorrow on ESPN.

Jets are almost always on in Albany
unless they’re playing an NFC team the same time as the Giants are playing.
With the exception of blackouts and NFL network games you can almost always watch the Jets in the capital region, usually on WRGB CBS6.
Just friendly tips for the local college kids.
