that the bengals are not a good team even though they won the AFC North by sweeping both the AFC runner up and the super bowl Champs.

Well the Bengals were the worst team in the playoffs. Sanchez didn’t get pressured all night. Bengals had a couple of guys go down with injuries. Jets D is not that good look Benson ran for 169 against them.
He will at some point give all of those excuses! I will be listening tomorrow and give a report on his reaction haha.
If Marvin Lewis didn’t blow those challenges, the game would be totally different! Are you kidding me???!!!!!!!

Mikey Francesa! its funny he says “hey listen i know guys over there (meaning the jets) I have no problem with them, i know coaches over there” Please Mike was a jet fan when Parcells was there he is a Parcells shill….. but worse then that he’s trying to do 1 thing boys n girls… be a sports radio shock jock.. stirring people up he thinks is ratings, well I have news for you Mr. Francesa, Only advertising dollars keep you at that mike and i and others just don’t buy your sponsors products….
Your giants got it handed to them and your upset, go take some time off… Russo was right to distance himself from you.
I support a ripping of Cimini and his predictions, I mean the guy always has a Glass Half Empty and the Glass is Cracked at the Bottom look on the Jets. I rather have Ohm take over the Jets beat, at least he is positive about this team, and he is an admitted Skins fan too, and still is supportive most of the time

CImini just usually has a negative spin on things, whereas Hutch and the other guys are usually more objective.
I find Dennis Waszak as the most consistently objective beat writer, and his articles are very well written.

I like Hutchinson
and the others at Star Ledger/nj.com. His questions during the pressers are sometimes long and strange, but he is a good guy and at least I don’t have dry heaves like I do with the NYC writers. I’m glad I stopped reading the Daily News and the Post. F them.

I used to actually like Cimini (hard to imagine right lol) but this was a while back where he still showed at least a slither of optimism in his posts. Reading his work you would be forgiven for getting the impression that we were just playing to make the numbers up. I liked Rod Boone’s work before they went to paid content online. My favourite though, used to be Erik Boland of Newsday. He was objective, funny, optimistic but reasonable, and he always put the Jets before himself. Unfortunately he left (to cover another of the NY teams, maybe the Yankees?) and Rod Boone took over, he was doing a stand up job until the Newsday new subscription policy took over, and Now I can’t really read his stuff. So Hutch it is for me.

He's will say he knew the Jets would win. That he only picked for the Bengals to stir the pot.
Then he will go on to say that we have NO shot against “Peyton Manning” (he has to say his complete name for some reason).

Almost true excepting that the Ravens will play the Colts. The Jets will put an end to the Chargers season.

Would be a great story, but really can’t see the Ravens beating the Colts. Although obviously anything is possible.

It is though a flip of the Kharmic Coin as to whether the Colts have to play the Jets for real, or whether Rex gets to square off against his old team.

Don’t give that blow hard the satisfaction of knowing he pisses us off!
Send an email to WFAN letting them know that as a long time listener, you cannot in good faith support WFAN while having Mike Francesa on its payroll. His unprofessional and unobjective manner in which he covers the Jets is appalling and that its quite obvious that he lets his disdain for the Jet organization get in the way of any real objective reporting or opinions. Tell them what everyone knows…. that his condescending attitude toward callers and sports fan that own an opinion different from his has grown tiresome and we’re moving on…

Well in truth the Jets have not been much since my buddy Bill left and I really do not pay much attention to them! Oh yea I am really a NY Giants fan, not a New York fan! Sounds alot like that Giant homer Phil Simms.
Yeah it’s funny cuz a couple of weeks ago I remember him stating that he was not a Giants fan and he doesn’t understand why everyone thinks that. Well maybe because when the Jets are actually in the playoffs he still makes a big story about who the Giants DC is gonna be. Who cares?? Can we talk about that once the NFL playoffs are over in NY

This guy is a joke to sports radio
Listening to him this morning he wants a jets colts rematch so he can prove that jets cannot beat them. A caller said that they were only down by 5 when Peyton left, and Fatso called him an idiot and dared him to pick the Jets over the Colts, which the caller replied they any given day one team can beat another. Then Fatso mocked him for making an obvious statement, even though he himself said a few days ago that he is 100% sure that Colts would have won that game if Peyton played the entire game. What a disgusting hypocrite, I switched out of that station after that. Can’t listen to his crap anymore.

Yeah that is the only repulsive thing he has said this morning. Besides that he has only praised the Jets. He has said that he never said the Jets couldn’t beat the Bengals. I guess him stating that the Jets lost the last real game they played and that they were gonna get the Bengals best this week doesn’t count. Callers are trying to state how the Jets can beat the Colts and he won’t even let them talk. A caller tried to say how he can help Mike’s ratings and he ended the call and said"I’m doing pretty well I don’t need you to tell me how to get better ratings" What an arrogant a$$!

This man annoys me!!!!!! He is so arrogant and that is why he is a one man show.his dislike for the Jets is because he has never been invited to a Jets buffet! you win a man through his stomach! However he could miss a few meals!!!!!
Loathing Mike Francesa
I absolutely cannot stand this man. He has never acknowledged Jets’ accomplishments without a backhanded, snide exception in the same breath. He thinks that Jets fans are looking to fight him, but he is the one that deliberately provokes us with outrageous, inflammatory remarks. I noticed that he always hedges his bets with his remarks, so that he never has to admit he’s wrong. However, he is constantly wrong, and many of the more rational Jets fan callers are frequently right. He exaggerates the weight of his own biased opinions and belittles any legitimate opinion that doesn’t agree.
When it comes to baseball, I will begrudgingly give him props for his extensive knowledge and commentary, but I would much rather listen to Joe and Evan who are admittedly Jets fans, but they are much more rational and pessimistic and realistic about their own team.

IF HE DOESN’T WANT TO SUPPORT NY SPORTS, LET HIM GO TO A SMALL MARKET RADIO STATION. RATINGS ARE ONE THING, BUT DON’T DISS OUR BELOVED NY TEAMS. BRING BACK MAD DOG! HE AT LEAST KEPT MIKE IN CHECK.
