I think its time to pull the plug on the ghost
he has been a non factor for the past seasons, he is making way too much money that what he deserves, and he simply does not show any excitement or love for the game, he has no heart, i remember the day the Jets took him, the espn crew discussed that as a downside with him, they were right.
Like mike singletary said, “i want winners! i want people that want to win” and he does not fit that bill

Agree'd
He can take a massive salary cut if he wants to play football badly enough.
Slice it this way on Gholston
He has shown he is a great athlete – not that he’s a good or even serviceable (situationally effective) football player. Being fast and strong isn’t enough – you gotta have game smarts.
