While reading through the numerous previews of today's game I came across a stat that I was completely oblivious too, and that's the 49-49-1 stat. The all time record between the New York Jets and the New England Patriots, the winner today will take the all time record as well as the AFC East lead.

So now we have reached gameday, we at Gang Green Nation want to hear from all you Jets fans out there, and all you Patriots fans that happen to passing by this website. Which personal match-up are you most looking forward to today? It doesn't have to be the most significant, but which one will catch your eye.

Randy Moss v Darrelle Revis is obviously the one most talked about.

How about some of the other less talked about match-ups:

Kris Jenkins v Dan Koppen, Wes Welker vs Lito Sheppard, Marshall Faulk v Leon Washington in the battle of the backs.

Shawn Springs v Jets receivers.

Dustin Keller v every Patriots player.

Get in touch and let us know, we are under 6 hours away from kick-off and the excitement is building.

AFC East, bud, but hey its baseball season so its all good. I’m a Giant fan and I’m rooting for Team Sanchez all the way on this one, I hope its a bloodbath in your favor… But the matchup I want to see the most is definitely Revis vs. Moss. I don’t think people understand how talented Revis and Rhodes are.

the key to winning this game is the pressure we put on tom brady. stop their offense at the source. the only bad games i have ever seen brady have against any team have been when he was on his back for most of it. get defenders in his face on a consistent basis and have the efficient running game that we can expect every game and we should come up big. i am very confident for today and even more pumped!!!!!!!!!! LETS DO WORK JETS

I want to see if we finally have a defense to stop Tom Brady and this Pats offense. Please Rex blitz all day!
