Jets - Madden 10 Ratings

I don't know if any of you have seen the Jets Madden 10 Ratings but, if you ask me our players are better than this. Leon Washington a 79 come on, the guy is an all-pro. Look at our corners Revis is a 91, that i agree with but look at the rest of the corners Lito Sheppard, 77, Lowery 72 and so on. We only have 8 guys over 90 on the game.

Erik Ainge a 42
LMAOOO i’ve never seen a player in any sports game rated that low!
But yeah, a lot of those players are rated too low, like Stuckey.

wow, really? It seems common to me for there to be a large amount of sub 50 OV QBs, especially given that a lot of 3rd stringers haven’t seen time in the league yet and were late round picks with no Hype.

David Harris is ridiculously low. Bryan Thomas has a better ranking? Really?
Leon, Sheppard, and Cotchery also seem rated too low. Nothing else really jumps out.

Madden is so random, some years it seems like every team in the league is a roster of 80s, and other times it comes down to earth.
Plus these are the Overall ratings, so although a Clemmens might be a 68, he might be higher in just QB applied ratings (like if you don’t include his tackling ability and his Puntng and kicking abilities)

I have few qualms
Harris – too low, Leon should be an 86, the guy led the NFL in plays of 20+ yards last year getting his workload, not to mention his return abilities. Cotchery….I have a hard time thinking he’s any better than that. Clemens should be like a 70. My favorite rankings are Richardson and Rhodes. Finally Rhodes gets some respect.

wow, way underrated
D-Brick was an 84 in Madden 09. How do 3 of the 5 starters on that line get worse between 2009-2010? It’s based off the previous season, and unless i was watching the completely wrong games the Jets line vastly improved last season over two seasons ago. And Keller a 77? Should at least be 84,85.

I agree with you, that there are some underrated players, but if you look at every sbnation blog....
there are posts that madden has underrated their players. lol
What you fail to understand in your joyless myopia is that baseball is the key to life-- the Rosetta Stone, if you will. If you just understood baseball better all your other questions your, your... the, uh... the aliens, the conspiracies they would all, in their way be answered by the baseball gods.

new rating system
Its a new rating system people..they reconstructed the whole ratings of everyone..so technically Leon washington went up in rank..it is meant to make the game more realistic
