Revis #7 on ESPN The Magazine's 'Next' List

ESPN the magazine's annual 'Next' list that produces 25 athletes who are set to shape the future of their respective sports has selected the Jets very own Darrelle Revis at #7.

Kevin Durant topped the list, with Chris Johnson,John Wall,Stephen Strasburg and Melanie Oudin rounding out the top five.

Finally the media as a whole are starting to see what most of us saw soon after Revis was drafted, this really has been Darrelle's break out season in regards to national media attention.

His next test will come tonight as he takes on the rejuvenated T.O

He deserves the attention...

He dominant, and he carries himself the right way. Hopefully he can be our football version of Derek Jeter.

He does seem to be one of those guys that fans just rally around, a little like a Curtis Martin or Wayne Chrebet, does his job on the field and seems to be genuinely liked off the field as well.

top 5 DB right now

Current Phinsider Feud Points: 23

T.Lex doesn't want to be fed, he wants to hunt. Can't just suppress sixty five million years of gut instinct.

Name one DB better than Revis. One.

Theres Revis. Then theres everybody else.

Revis is no. 1.

Nnamdi is pretty legit though. He’s a close second now. Also props to Lito for basically shutting down Evans.

Wideouts worst nightmare right now.

Curtis "my favorite" Martin - 1 of the best!
