Sanchez practiced full on Thursday and took 75 percent of the reps at quarterback. Rex Ryan is "optimistic" that Sanchez is going to start on Sunday against Atlanta, but he should know for sure on Friday. "He was more confident today moving around than yesterday," said Ryan. "I want to make sure that he feels fine on Friday morning, and the knee isn't going to be limited where it's a hinderance."
