(Injury report is subject to change. There will be many game-time decisions on Sunday)

Jets:

Probable :

DE Shaun Ellis [Knee]-- Fully practiced on Friday, expected to play.
LB  Bryan Thomas [Toe]
WR Brad Smith, [Quadricep]

Questionable:

S Jim Leonhard [Thumb]---Practiced Friday but was limited. Participated in various drills with a cast on his hand. His toughness is certainly admirable as he practiced just days after having surgery,, but is starting a safety with a cast on who currently can't catch the right move?

OUT:

LB Vernon Gholston [Hamstring]--- Ruled out for second straight week.

Patriots:

Probable:

QB Tom Brady [Shoulder]
CB Shawn Springs [Knee]
TE Benjamin Watson [Back]

Questionable:

Offense:

C Dan Koppen [Knee]
T Matt Light [Knee]
NT Ron Brace [Ankle]
G Stephen Neal [Head]
TE Chris Baker [Shoulder]
WR Julian Edelman [Forearm]
WR Sam Aiken [Hip]
RB Sammy Morris [Knee]

Morris to NESN: "We'll see Sunday, kind of just taking it day by day," Morris told ESPNBoston.com. "We're just trying to make the best decision. As a running back, when something happens to your knees or ankles, you're a little more cautious or scared about the extent of the injury."

Defense:

DE Ty Warren [Ankle]
DE Jarvis Green [Knee]
LB Eric Alexander [Groin]
LB Rob Ninkovic [Knee]
LB Tully Banta-Cain [Groin]

Stat Line:

Patriots are 20-1 SU following a loss (dating back to 2003).... and have not been swept in a season series against a divisional opponent since 2000. Let's hope GangGreen can buck the trend....

Well the Jets handed them that one loss back in 2006 (which was also a week after the Pats lost to the Colts) and swept them back in 2000 so those are good omens.

FILE - In this Sept. 4, 2009 file photo, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Shaun Hill aims a pass downfield against the San Diego Chargers during the first quarter of an NFL preseason football game in San Diego. Hill earned the starting job for the 2009 season by beating out Alex Smith, who missed last season after re-injuring his surgically repaired throwing shoulder. Head coach Mike Singletary largely chose Hill based on his play down the stretch last year: he went 5-3 over the final eight games and he also owns a 5-0 record at home in Candlestick Park.
