I haven't given my take on the Braylon Edwards trade today yet, but John has done such a fantastic job, the only thing I feel I really need to add is that I'm 100% behind this deal, for the reasons that John pointed out below.

Lito Sheppard was back practising during the session open to the media.

Damien Woody and Donald Strickland sat out today's practise, we will hear about their status from Rex during his press conference at 2:45.

Shonn Greene was back practising after tweaking his ankle during the game on Sunday.
