Getting Favre was an awful idea

He stinks, I said it when the trade happened that he is the most over rated qb on the planet. He tears up bad defenses, wears down at the end of the season and just throws picks against good Ds. Somtimes he throws picks against bad defenses too.

Mangini wasn’t a great coach and that was a good idea to get rid of him also. Getting rid of Favre and Mangini should help turn this franchise around.

It would be ironic

if Brett Mangini turned out to be a hellion.

Get the Dogfighter!!!

Bye Bye Mangina, now it’s time for Favre to say “nighty night”. Get the dogfighter out of jail and sign him up! Michael Vick will want to prove himself and has more to gain than any other professional quarterback if he’s given another chance. Get him out of the pound and onto the field!

Mets & Jets... It's that simple.

well that didnt take long did it?

Hopefully the Jets can lure ‘The Chin’ in, but then they’d have to unload the G.M. as well and you would think that would go hand in hand with the Head Coach’s firing…

If not Cowher, Rex Ryan wouldnt be a bad alternative, like you said John, so long as he doesnt bring his brother along to coordinate…

Count me in the minority that wants Brett Favre back. The team went from (4-12) to (9-7) under him despite Mangina’s tutelage. He did all of that by learning the system while on the job. Granted a new coach would bring new schemes etc… If he didnt come back thats fine too, hopefully Clemens gets another opportunity.

My Request was fulfilled

If Leon Hess was still the owner Mangina would still be the coach. Woody congrats you have a set of big balls. I thought the Jets would bring back Mangina enough though I wanted him fired. I would like to see the Jets get Steve Spagnola. That guy is always intense on the Giants sideline. If Mangina had half of his intensity the Jets would have made the playoffs.
