another exceptional opening drive
Titans look like they are eager to pound runners.

Jets are dominating this thing
I’m not sure if I’m more impressed by the Jets or underwhelmed by the Titans so far. This is the first time I’ve actually watched the Titans, so it’s hard to tell, though as a Giants fan I’m plenty familiar with Kerry Collins, and this is about what I expected from him.

Doesn’t have a lot to work with for receivers and the ones he has have been dropping the ball. They don’t have Lendale either.

true
but their vaunted run game isn’t doing much, and the Jets are moving the ball with ease.
The Jets look real good. Everyone talks about the offense b/c of Favre, but the defense is really good too. You guys look like a complete team.

What is with Mangini and this collapse defense with a lead..
…same thing they did against the Pats and it just about chewed off his fat ass.

watching highlights
Randy Moss actually dropped his shoulder and sort of hit a guy.
Some Patriot grabs a player by the hair and pulls his head down and starts beating him – that should be good for a few games off.

Storybook...
That is about all you can say.
Here’s too a date with Kurt Warner and the Arizona Cardinals in a couple of months!
I bet Roger Goodell is having wet dreams when he thinks of that matchup. Jets/Giants wouldn’t be too shabby either.

Just got back from the sports bar...
(game wasn’t broadcast here in Minneapolis)… and that was the SWEETEST GAME since watching NY Giants beat the Pats last year.
The Fighting Favres had all of the Minneapolis/St Paul crowd cheering, and that’s saying something!
Woot woot!
May the wind be always at your back, and may your placekicker have icewater in his veins.

Hey Juperee!
Lawd have mercy! Are you kiddin? What on earth was in that gatorade bucket today? I was at work and only saw highlights.
Once again, congrats to the Jets. I’m so glad that I have to work tomorrow so I don’t have to hear Mike and Mike and Colin Cowherd drone on and on about Brett Favre. Oh dear lord what a headache that would be. I’m happy for the Jets but I have this strange feeling that all we are going to hear about is “Brett the Jet”. God save us.
Oh man…I just forgot. Michael Kaye is gonna be on the radio on the way home from work. Egad! I gotta listen to him.
I’ll just try and remain happy for the Jets. What a phenomenal win.
