Here is video of a great interview Brett Favre did with the NFL Network Thursday night (or early Friday morning). As many sportswriters have hypothesized, he sure looks like he regrets coming to the Jets.

Favre looks like David Beckham there..

..or maybe Beckham looks like Brett Favre. Bit uncanny with the toque. They both have the same good ol boy down home style in interviews as well. Give Becks another 5 years in the U.S., (and about 50 pounds) and he will be a dead ringer for Brett.

look nothing alike! How can Beckham have a good ol boy down home stlye interview when he’s from England!

Soccer players and football players shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same breath! haha thats just how I feel!

Beckham is from England's equivalent of Mississippi..

..and a small town “lad”. I think they share a lot of qualities beyond a physical resemblance. Both of them love their sport and represent it with uncommon dignity and integrity in the face of tremendous pressure.

But for 95% of the world’s population, FOOTBALL, is the game played by David Beckham, and they wouldn’t know who Brett Favre was if he threw a spiral to them while wearing Wrangler jeans.
